Dollar Store Vases Used to Make Outdoor Lighting

Supplies Needed:

Dollar Tree Vase

Solar Light

Oil Based Sharpie Markers

Use the green oil based Sharpie marker  to draw dandelion stems around the vase.

Use the white oil based Sharpie to draw the dandelion flowers.

Add dots to the end of each "spike" on the flowers.

Now add some of the flyaway pieces.  Draw a short little line with a dot at the end.   They should start near the flower and continue up and away from the flower.

Bake the glass vases.

Follow the instructions on the oil based Sharpie markers or visit the blog post for the details.

Remove the stake from the solar light.   Remove the "tag" to activate the light.

Place the light into the top of the vase!.  Enjoy!
