Small Gifts Your Co-Workers Will Love

By now you know that I love giving these little gifts.  I am getting these ready for some special people too but they we would be great for co-workers, hair stylists, mail-people and more.  You can,  of course vary the contents but the packaging is what makes small gifts, or any gift, fun and festive.

These small red buckets were sent to me by Oriental Trading in exchange for this post but all of the opinions are 100% my own.  You can read my full disclosure here.

The red buckets are super cute and will hold a variety of gifts.

Creating Awesome Small Gifts

I am including some affiliate links for you convenience.

Supplies Needed:

Red Buckets from Oriental Trading

Cellophane bags

Snowflake stickers or Silhouette to cut out snowflakes

White vinyl for the Silhouette

Gift contents – I used Avon Holiday lotions and lipbalms, a nail polish and some chocolate kisses

Tissue paper

Holiday Patterned scrapbook paper

Printer

Circle punch

Twine

Putting It All Together

The first thing is to cut out the snowflakes and place them onto the buckets.  I used a 2 inch snowflake on some of them and a 1 3/4 snowflake on the rest.  These buckets are so fun and so handy for many types of gifts.  You can decorate them for any occasion and add whatever you want.  They do come in other colors too.

Use them plain or add a sticker or something to the front. The possibilities are endless.  They would be really fun at birthday parties as a favor too.  You get a dozen in the package.  I am only using six of them this time so now I have the other half to use at a later date.  I love that.

Add some tissue to the bottom of the bucket so the contents will stick up a bit and be seen better.

Add the “stuff” and try to make it so everything shows and nothing is too hidden by anything else.

Every small gift needs chocolate, right?  Throw some kisses in there.

Carefully place the entire bucket into a cellophane bag and tie the top with the twine.

Print “Happy Holidays” (or whatever you like) onto patterned paper and cut them out with a circle punch and punch a hole in the top.

Thread it onto the twine and tie another knot.

You are done, done, done!

Cute right?

So cute, and just the right size, I'm thinking cookies, or one of those little bottles of wine, along with other "stuff". Endless possibilities!
